Our Response to COVID-19
YOUR ORDER SUPPORTS FRONTLINE WORKERS
Our frontline medical workers are currently facing a desperate shortage of protective masks. In order to do our small part and help keep our medical workers safe, our company is donating $10,000 worth of certified medical-grade masks to the hospitals that need them most. Starting today, we will also order 5 additional masks for every $100 in sales on our online store. Together, we can give our frontline workers the support they deserve.
OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
On behalf of the entire Shopevi team, we would like to send our thoughts to everyone currently struggling with the impact of the Coronavirus.
Throughout these strange and challenging times, the safety of our customers and employees will continue to be our number one priority.
Our online store will remain open, with new products releasing each week, and our logistics teams at our Chinese warehouses are taking extraordinary precaution with each order they receive.
We have been in constant conversation with our suppliers and shipping carriers around the world, and as of right now, deliveries are being made as usual with no stoppages. All online orders will continue to be fulfilled on a daily basis.
And while we have implemented a work-from-home policy to ensure the well-being our staff, our customer support team is still available via email at support@shopevi.com, and would be happy to answer all of your questions. Please feel free to reach out to them regarding your order or shipping information.
We cannot thank you enough for your support during these times. Coronavirus poses a very real threat to independent businesses like ours. While large corporations have endless resources to fall back on and support them through this crisis, many smaller companies do not. Today, we are asking that you make a purchase from a brand or company that inspires you—even if it is not from us. Now more than ever, these independent businesses may need your support.
Thank you for sticking with us. Stay safe, everyone.
